Project Challenge:
This San Francisco Property Management Company commissioned Lewis Merlo Inc. to renovate three downtown urban plazas on California Street as part of a five-year master plan.

Solution:
The project consisted of demolition of existing hardscape, reconfiguring the layout, and redirecting pedestrian traffic flow. By incorporating water features, attractive planter benches and constructing a coffee shop, Lewis Merlo created plazas which are not only conducive to relaxation and enjoyment of the area but are also visually appealing.
